Coveralls from Safety Protection Warehouse are available in pre-shrunk,
7.5 oz abrasive resistant polyester cotton coveralls and 8.5 oz 100%
cotton coveralls. First class quality coveralls is what makes a lasting
relationship between customer and supplier as you will find out.
What makes Safety Protection Warehouse coverall styles so unique is the
construction of the garments. Our polyester cotton material that is used in the
fabrication of the coveralls is pre-shrunk before the manufacturing of the
apparel is performed. This step helps tremendously in eliminating shrinkage
problems due to over-drying when the coveralls are subject to day to day
industrial use.
The 100% cotton style are a little heavier weight alternative to the polyester
blend that our company provides. These coveralls are noted for there
capabilities of increased
breath ability compared to the ploy/cotton and have a heavier feel to the
garments.
Most often the style 800 is purchased by the welding industry due the characteristics of the material being more resistant to welding sparks. The advantage of the 100% cotton style over the polyester blend is that the fabric will burn where the polyester blend will melt and result in the fabric sticking to a person's skin and causing severe burns.
Personal, direct contact is what we highly value at Safety Protection Warehouse. This contact is what sets us apart from other companies as it is not only suggested but also recommended. Through email contact or a simple phone call we can communicate what you as a customer requires for your own particular application.
Our 865 style are a light weight alternative to the 100% cotton that our company provides. These coveralls are noted for there capabilities of increased abrasive resistance compared to the 100% cotton and the lighter feel of the garments.
Most often the style 865 is purchased by automobile mechanics due the characteristics of the material being light weight and do not wear out in stress areas such as the knees as much as the full 100% cotton variety. One drawback of this blend of coveralls is the fact that they should not be used for welding applications as they tend to melt instead of burning which in turn results in the melted fabric sticking to a person's skin and causing severe burns.
We would be happy to talk about your safety protection guidelines that are appropriate for your industry.
