Walls Industries Zero Zone insulated
coveralls are another product line high quality insulated coveralls that Walls
provides for it's customers. Each product line is focused on providing a variety
of solutions and the protection you require at a cost that fits the budget for
the job task that the insulated work coveralls are to be required for. This also
goes for the Zero Zone category as these are rated as a medium weight insulation
which provides somewhat less of an insulating factor as the blizzard pruf
series. The medium weight insulation is very beneficial if your given
circumstances do not call for the heavy insulation. The reason being that the
Walls Zero Zone insulated coveralls are much more economically priced.
Following are the two styles of Walls insulated Zero Zone line of insulated coveralls and a short introductory description to give
you a bit of an idea of what that particular style has to offer you in
your cold weather protection garment choice.

The main difference between these two styles
is that the Classic insulated coverall has a medium weight insulation and has a
soft feeling blended brush twill outer layer and the waist zip insulated
coverall has a much more durable yet stiffer canvas like outer shell. The
Classic style insulated coverall comes with a lower price tag at $44.70 for the hip length zipper.
The greatest benefit of this style is that the blended brush twill outer layer
allows for a softer feel to the garment which results in a more comfortable
feeling when moving around in the coverall.
The waist zip insulated
coverall style has a water resistant outer duck layer,
double knees and the optional hood that snaps on. The price on the waist zip
insulated coverall is $51.70. Although the waist zip insulated
coverall is much more durable there is the trade off of having a stiffer feel to
the outer shell. The outer shell does soften up some after a few washes but the
blended brush twill outer layer is preferred by some people for this very
reason.
Both of these styles come with a side leg zipper that
extends from the leg bottom all the way up to the hip. If you are looking for a
side leg zipper that only goes up to the knee please refer to the following web
page for an explanation of why Walls Industries does not make this option
available and where you can find an insulated coverall with a side leg zipper
that only goes up to the knee.
