The H61RK is made from a double layer Carbon Kevlar® material, providing category 3 protection with an Arc Rating/ATPV of 27 cal/cm². This NSA hood is comfortable, durable and lightweight, providing a superior Arc Rating for the weight of the fabric.
The characteristics of the Carbon Kevlar® material allows these hoods to be made in a lightweight fabric compared to similar ATPV ratings in other fabrics.
