    The slotted hard hat comes with a 10 cal/cm² (ATPV) rated faceshield that features great visible light transmission (VLT) and a chin cup for added protection and fit. This arc flash face shield is designed for worker's who may be exposed to a category 2 arc fault yet want head protection that is not too heavy and easy to put on and take off.

    The NSA arc flash face shield is a slotted hard hat with a face shield that attaches to it along with the chin cup which helps keep the face shield in place. The parts such as face shield and chin cup can also be purchased as replacement parts. 

    When working around electrical components in warm temperatures it is always good to have PPE that is comfortable to wear yet still in compliance. This     arc flash face shield allows you to be in comliance with HRC 2 which is a minimum of 8 cal and this unit is rated at 10 cal.

    Please note that this unit is sold as a one size fits all with an adjustable hard hat.
