The Occupational Safety and Health Administration provides
training resources and education to help ensure a safe workplace for employees.
The health and well being of the workforce is achieved through standards and
inspections carried out by certified Occupational Safety and Health
Administration personal who are trained in administering workplace
standards.
Employers are required to provide their employees with a safe
workplace which is determined by the standards set by the Occupational Safety
and Health Administration. OSHA have approximately 2100 inspectors spread
throughout the United States and are trained to administer workplace health and
safety standards.
In order to ensure that companies are within compliance of
their associated Industry group the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration has made available a full range of training publications and materials for
specific industries.

The OSHA regulation publications are available in either book, CD or both versions depending on the version of the publication. The regulations are also available in the current version and 3 year or 5 year subscriptions.
