    Excel flame resistant clothing is a product that is supplied for Bulwark garments that is produced from a single source.  This unique benefit ensures total quality control by having the complete manufacturing of the Excel flame resistant fabric completed at the same location. The flame resistant cotton fabric is available in 100% FR cotton and Comfortouch 88% cotton / 12% nylon blend in fabric weights ranging from 6.0 oz to 14.75 oz. Garments constructed are of a wide range from t-shirts to to coveralls and outerwear such as jackets. 
    The life of the clothing made from flame resistant Excel can be determined by the work activity and the fabric's abrasion resistant properties. Assuming that the clothing is laundered every other week the life expectancy is 36 to 50 launderings or 18 to 24 months. It is important to note that the flame resistant properties of 100% cotton Excel are guaranteed for the life of the clothing.
    The 100% cotton Excel clothing offers flame resistance from electric arcs, flash fire and welding exposures along with the comfortable feel of cotton.
