Excel Deluxe Insulated Coveralls are made of the following:
- Outer shell - Flame resistant, 7.0 oz twill EXCEL® Comfortouch® 88% cotton/12% nylon, water repellant
- Insulation - Flame resistant 12 oz two layer quilted Modacrylic®

- Two-way heavy duty Nomex® taped brass zipper, concealed snap secured
- Two-piece, insulated, stand up collar with concealed snap closure
- Knit Nomex® storm cuff within hemmed sleeve end with hook and loop suppression tabs
- 7 large patch pockets, two with concealed snap closures and two with hook and loop closures
- Elastic waist inserts
- Deep pleated action back
- Sewn with NOMEX® thread
- Roomy comfortable fit
- Two-needle construction and styling
- Reinforced double knees
- Full Nomex® taped ankle to hip brass zippers, concealed snap closure
- Inside zipper guards on all zippers
- Accommodates snap on hood HTH2NV & HTH2RB sold seperately
