What makes the various styles of cotton coveralls listed below so unique is the construction of the garments. Our 100% cotton material that is used in the fabrication of the coveralls is pre-shrunk before the manufacturing of the apparel is performed. This step helps tremendously in eliminating shrinkage problems due to over-drying  when the coveralls are subject to day to day industrial use.

When purchasing these cotton coveralls you will find they are a little heavier weight alternative to the polyester blend coveralls that our company provides.  These cotton coveralls are noted for there capabilities of increased breath ability compared to the ploy/cotton coveralls and the heavier  feel of the cotton. 

Most often the cotton style is purchased by the welding industry due the characteristics of the cotton being more resistant to welding sparks. The advantage of the these coveralls over the polyester blend is that  the fabric will burn where the polyester blend will melt and result in the fabric sticking to a person's skin and causing severe burns.

As a matter of concern is the fact that when the heat of a fire source such as a spark or a flame overcomes the resistance of the cotton fabric the results can be irreversible when wearing the polyester blend coverall. The polyester blend coverall will melt as mentioned previously and can result in the burn going quite deep into the skin surface.
